1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from The Haus Of Mel DBA The Melted Effect (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, and customers.

2. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our wigs, bundles, and products accurately. However, because raw hair varies by donor and screen resolutions differ, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. Order & Payment Security

• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse any order. As stated in our Shipping Policy, if billing and shipping addresses do not match, the order is subject to immediate cancellation.

• Payment: All payments are processed securely. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Professional Use & Liability

• Chemical Processing: While our hair can be bleached and dyed, The Haus Of Mel is not responsible for hair damaged by over-processing, incorrect dye application, or excessive heat once the product has left our possession.

• Skin Sensitivity: We are not liable for any allergic reactions to lace adhesives, hair dyes, or materials used in our products. We recommend a patch test for all adhesives or "melt" products.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our All Sales Are Final policy.

• Any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback (claiming they didn't receive an item that has been marked as "Delivered" with a signature) will be permanently banned from the Haus and may be subject to legal action to recover funds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—such as "The Melted Effect" branding, logos, custom wig designs, images, and product descriptions—is the property of The Haus Of Mel and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of our service without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall The Haus Of Mel, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products (including hot tools).

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Haus Of Mel is registered.
