Want to turn your own hair bundles into a flawless, professionally constructed custom unit? Our BYOH service allows you to send in your hair, and we will construct, style, and customize a wig tailored perfectly to you.

Please read all requirements and shipping guidelines carefully before purchasing this service.

1. Hair Quality & Quantity Requirements

To maintain our professional standards and guarantee a flawless, long-lasting install, we have strict quality controls on the hair we accept.

 Quantity: You must provide at least 3 bundles plus a closure or frontal.

 Quality: We only accept 100% Raw or Virgin hair.

 What we DO NOT accept:

 No synthetic hair or synthetic blends.

 No cheap, low-grade hair.

 No low-quality, thick, or greyish lace (HD or transparent Swiss lace is highly recommended).

 No dirty, wet, or heavily cut/used tracks (unless pre-approved).

Note: If you send hair or lace that does not meet these quality standards, your order will be cancelled, and your hair will be returned to you at your expense.

2. Head Measurements (Required!)

For a perfect, secure, and flat fit, accurate head measurements are mandatory. There are absolutely no exceptions, especially for frontal units which require a precise ear-to-ear fit to look natural.

Please refer to the guide below to measure your head before submitting your order.

How to measure:

1. Circumference: Measure around your hairline.

2. Front to Nape: Measure from your front hairline, straight back over the crown to the nape of your neck.

3. Ear to Ear (Forehead): Measure from hairline directly above one ear, across your forehead to the other ear.

4. Ear to Ear (Over Top): Measure from the top of one ear, straight over the top of your head to the other ear.

5. Temple to Temple: Measure from temple to temple around the back of your head.

6. Nape of Neck: Measure the width of your hairline at the nape of your neck.

Please ensure your natural hair is braided down flat (exactly how you plan to wear it under the wig) before taking these measurements.

Once your custom unit is beautifully constructed and styled, we will ship it back to you using secure, trackable shipping.

 Shipping Method: All completed units are shipped via USPS Priority Mail / FedEx / UPS (depending on your choice at checkout).

 Signature Required: For your security and ours, all custom units require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

 Tracking: As soon as your unit ships, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

 Processing Time: Our standard turnaround time for BYOH construction begins after we receive your hair. Please allow [X] to [Y] business days for construction and customization before shipment.
